Here’s CTO & co-founder Chia-Yung Su’s top tip for graduates looking at engineering roles: “Interviews are a nerve-wracking experience. My top tip for anyone coming in for an engineering position is to ask the recruiter for the format of the interview — if there’s going to be a coding section, how it’s going to be conducted (pen and paper?) and how much time you have to solve the problem? Once you know, you can practice the format at home to put yourself at ease at the actual interview!”
